how do i raise sales in my dry cleaners?
I was doing very well and very busy a few years ago, but then when the economy went down, and two other dry cleaners opened up very close to me, my business dropped by 40%. I have a website with coupons, claimed my google plus listing, and advertise with Facebook . I can't do deliveries because I cannot afford enough employees for that. Also does anybody know how I make my business appear first on google when you type in dry cleaners

do a promotion aimed at your regular customers - for any new customer they refer who gives you at least $10 of cleaning, the referring customer gets 50% off their next bill

Making it appear first is called "search engine optimization". Updating your google places and everything like that is a good start. You should also make sure there is a lot of text and content on your website, including your location and what you do. Last is building links. You can find a local online marketing company to do this for you if you'd like.

As a drycleaner its not so much about a website but location and quality of work.
Refer a friend program. Existing customer gets 50% off. Locals Only Program: do mass mailing to every household within 10 miles with a coupon. Street signage so people can see you from the road, assuming you are in a strip mall. Yelp Marketing because unfortunately that is the future of business. |
