Someone wrote this on one of my pictures from Instagram : えー。。。私わ日本語人には英語を和つていますかを読みå​–ることがでまないのでですか？こわが翻訳さわているのでã​€ã†ã‚“。。。

Translate this please ASAP? And could you also give me a few ways to respond back? I would be very thankful!!!

Google translate is jibberish and cannot tell you what's wrong with what is written.

There are some errors written in that Japanese that google translate cannot. For example, the person is probably not a Japanese person, but a someone writing some bad Japanese.

The person writes:

私わ日本語人

Which is incorrect, even a first year Japanese language student probably wouldn't make that many mistakes.

私わ is incorrect. It should be 私は　
Also they write
日本語人　Japanese language person? Makes no sense. Should be something like: 日本人 (Japanese person)　or 日本語を話せる人 (person who can speak Japanese).
