Facebook mobile is not sending notifications?

I can change my status through sending a text message. But it dosen't send me notification's when people comment on my status or when people like it etc. What is the problem with that and how can I fix it???thanks

If you aren't getting the notification texts:

1) Log onto facebook and click 'settings', up on the blue toolbar next to your name, or hover your mouse over 'settings' and select 'account settings'.

2) Click 'mobile' on the row of tabs near the top of the page.

3) There will be a small paragraph under 'mobile phones'. At the end, it says 'To control which notifications you recieve, click here'. Click the here (it's colored blue).

4) Set texts to 'on'.

5) Select the types of notifications you wish to recieve.
