My boyfriend deleted our relationship off his timeline. Why?

My boyfriend deleted his notification off his page....he told me. But he has never seemed to give me as straight answer as to why. He does, however, post pictures of us on his page...so I am not quite sure why he did that.

I seriously don't understand men. The day I do, I will probably be dead.
