No party is good without money. they can't move a snail without big bucks behind it. Take a good look at what the last Presidental campaign cost:
"The 2012 presidential election broke the $2 billion milestone in its final weeks, becoming the most expensive in American political history, according to final federal finance reports"

so, people can establish all the parties they want and have some supporters....but without the "big money machine" behind them, they will get no where. this is just a fact of life.
