Did he unblock me or is it an error?

Basically, my crush blocked me a year and a half ago on Facebook or something like that, on my current account. Today I logged into my old account (I was using it a few years ago) and saw his name between my list of friends. I clicked on it and looked at a few of his photos but felt awkward so just logged out and logged into my current account again. Now when I searched his name on my current account I could see him between the results?? Like WTH? Did he unblock me or is this an error??

Facebook blocks don't actually block people, they block FB accounts. In other words, he didn't block YOU, he blocked the account you were using at the time. Now that you're using a different account, you can see him... for the time being, anyway. If he blocks the account you're using now, you won't be able to see him.
