well the same thing happened to me actually

my advice is if you want you could show a bit but like no nudes or anything because usually what happens is he falls for your body and then well, he wouldn't really care about anything else. If you don't want to do it, simply tell him that you respect him as well as yourself and you don't feel right sending those kind of pictures. If he keeps insisting keep saying no in a nice way but if it comes to this extent, maybe he's not worth keeping?
