Unfortunately you can't. If you don't want certain people visit your page, just put them on 'limited' or block them all together.

You can't tell who has been visting your facebook page but you can block the people who can see your page.
About the facebook pages that are restricted to you, if you poke them and they poke back, you can see their page for a restricted few days. This is the only way to see somebody else's limited profile when you're not their friend.
