Can anybody help me?

You know how you take a picture and you want to put it on instagram but you want to show the whole picture but it only shows a square? I want it to show the picture but be a square so it can have a white background around the extra space and fit the instagram square... Right now i use an app called #nocrop and it automatically does it for you but after saving the picture it comes out a little blurry.. Is there another free app for iphones and ipods that does this without making the picture blurry?? PLEASE HELP! Thank youuu!! )

InstaSize looks nice and seems to have good reviews. As does Squaready. The link below has a tutorial for using Squaready to make your photos have the white border so you can make it a square on Instagram without cropping the actual picture.
