how to disable the facebook notifications?

Im getting some advertisement mails to my gmail, when i tried to disable the mails it took me to facebook notifications. I have unsubscribed everything but still im getting these mails again

to disable facebook notification goto setting after that go in 'facebook notification' and unmark evrything
