How to get this guy interested in me?

I just started working at McDonald's almost two weeks ago. There's this guy I'm kind of attracted to, even though I've only had one shift with him and we didn't talk to each other until near the end of my shift, but I just felt something you know? Anyway, I'm sooo shy and I have a hard time interacting with people.
I just need some tips on how to get to know him better, and flirt with him, and figure out a sly way to ask whether or not he has a girlfriend (he doesn't have a facebook, i checked lol). Just any tips on this kind of situation would be greatly appreciated thanks! btw I'm 19 years old

Take it slow. Become friends, and find things you have in common. Add each other on social media, and start talking on those. By now, you should know if he has a gf. Then, begin complimenting him, and hopefully he'll do it back. You can start to show a little bit of a "cheeky" side and be more flirtasious. He might take the bait and you can start dating!

Take it smooth dont be too shy (i know its hard when your abit shy but once you break the ice its all good from there) and just ask, "so do you have a girlfriend" and if he says no your in business.

If you make a move too early and without asking and he says he has a gf then that makes things real awkward so dont do that
