What is with all the images a perfectness when it comes to female characters?

Every doll you see is really skinny and beautiful. But in reality most women aren't perfect. This is really bad for the self esteem of little girls. They have will have fun with their dolls but then they will think they are ugly because they don't look like that. Is that what we want to teach our children? If you aren't perfect you are worthless? I sure don't. I'm not just talking about barbie dolls watch all the disney princess movies and notice not a single one is slightly ugly or plus sized. Ok I will admit Merida did have some pretty crazy red hair that definitely wasn't perfect but her body was still the same as all the other princesses. How do I get social media to change this? I want my daughter to feel happy in her own skin. So many kids out their make themselves throw up because the don't feel skinny enough or cut themselves because the feel ugly. It just brakes my heart. I've written numerous blogs on this subject and I have tried to email the executives of Disney and Mattel but its not doing much. How do I get my voice heard? I mean I remember when I was young and I was chubby and I got made fun of a lot. Its so tough out there. To make it even worse I was a ginger with glasses. Oh you wouldn't believe the ridicule I got. Almost to the point of suicide. I don't want this to happen to my daughter either. I mean who does? Barbies need to address the fact that hey some people are chubby and some people have pimples and some people wear braces. Of course I could go on and on about all the imperfections of people but do they care? No. Also the Disney princesses need to not only make a plus sized princess they should make one that cant sing. Or perhaps a ginger princess. When I say ginger I mean freckles, light skin and red hair. So Merida doesn't count. In conclusion how can I make a difference in the way women in social media are represented?

When I was a little kid I thought that Barbie was stupid because the main character was blonde and always super "perfect" looking. Other people I know thought this way too.
