This man I was seeing wrote this on his facebook page just after he left my house then I haven't heard from him since do you thinks this relates to me what does it mean in English please

Não complica, explica. It may be:
Don't complicate, explain it (talking to someone); or
It doesn't complicate, it explains (talking about something like a phrase, a book, or something like that)
