Facebook posted ad on it's own?
I'm no facebook expert (don't even have one), but my mom said her account posted something about her losing weight through some free program at like 7 a.m. on it's own. I'm pretty sure this means it must have been hacked. Is that it or is something else going on? How do i fix this?

It could be from an app that she has, her account wasn't hacked, if she clicked on someone else's post like "amazing video" or "i lost 7 pounds" then it could have accessed permission to post on her behalf. You will need to find the app and remove it or contact facebook for more help.
