I've liked this guy for quite a while now. He knows I like him and his friends always say that he likes me back. We're both shy. He smiles at me and looks down when he sees me, and he waves at me sometimes. I notice him staring at me, but he never approaches me. Why doesn't he ask me out? What shall I do?
