what i would do is call facebook from your phone or a phone or send them a email

How to reach a live person:
Facebook does not currently offer telephone support. You can press 0 to leave a message, but not sure what that does.

I believe you can still log into your facebook as you still have your password?
If so you need to add a secondary email address to maintain access to the account. Adding a secondary email address helps ensure that you can still access your account, even if you lose access to your primary email address on the account. If you don't do this, you might forever lose access to your facebook account.

You will need to do the following:

Edit your email addresses from your Account Settings page, accessible from the Account drop-down menu at the top of any Facebook page.

Then add another email:

Click "change" in the Email section.
In the "New Contact Email" field, carefully type your alternate address.
Click the "Add New Email" button. You will then be asked to enter your password to confirm the requested change, and an email will be sent to this address containing a confirmation link.

Follow the instructions in the confirmation email to complete the process.

Hope that helps!
