A Sub broker is an entity (including an individual) who is registered as a Sub Broker through a Broker. This enables the sub broker to participate on behalf of his customers in the equity market.
A Dealer is a person who executes the trades on behalf of the customers on the trading system. To be a dealer, one has to be qualified by clearing the requisite NCFM examinations. Thus, a sub broker is an entity enrolled to carry on the business of transacting in securities on behalf of its clients through the main broker while a dealer is the one who executes the transactions on the exchange platforms. -- Fundu Vishy - Your 'Mutual' Friend Follow me on twitter @funduvishy I blog @ http://blog.powermf.com |
