How do I deal with the aftermath of a break up he keeps texting?

My ex-boyfriend got very negative and emotionally draining. He put down my interests to go to university, he put down the fact I go to counselling, and stupid stuff like music taste and my childhood dream of getting a Mustang.

My parents had a bad relationship. My dad would constantly put himself before my mom and put down her interests.

The ex blames me in person, but via text he keeps saying he's sorry and to give him one more chance.

I have no intentions of opening myself up to more pain, how do I get him to stop?

If you don't want him in your life rid him and block him from all aspects. Change your mobile and send a mass text to your contacts saying what your new number is and transfer them over. Block him and delete him on facebook or any social media networks and move on.
