how can i convince my parents to let me get a facebook account?

ALL of my friends have facebook accounts! and, im NOT joking!!! but, my mom and wont let ME get 1!!! they both have 1, but they still wont let me get 1. and nothing bad has happened to them. btw, im 13! anyone have N E ideas on how to convince them to let me have an account?!?!

If you don't own a computer for yourself, there's no point getting a facebook account since you won't be able to use it. If you do, just create one when your parents aren't looking. And delete the histories of you visiting facebook and don't add your parents.
It's really that simple.

just do it! put it on private so they cant find u and u can tell them when ur 18.

Sometimes it's about compromise. Maybe talk to them about the reasons that you do want one, negotiating them having access to it as well to ensure your safety; it's better to have one and have them have access to it than to not have one at all.
