You can't, and even the apps that CLAIM you can view who's seen your profile make you take a survey before you can use it. But, whatever the app says, you may not be able to view who has been on your profile at all.

Facebook doesn't allow people to track who views their profiles or contents. Third party applications are also are unable to track anybody.
