What does #Toiss mean or stand for?

Neymar uses it and a lot of portuguese use it on Twitter.

According to Neymar (you can use a Portuguese translator to check on the page below), he started using it with friends. [quote] It means "é nóis" (sic), but in place of N, we used a T. Instead of talking "nóis" (sic), is "é toiss". [end quote]

What is "É nóis"? Is a slang. It's not grammatically correct, but it's similar to how in English we'll say something like "ain't", or (more like in this case) "for the win". When Neymar started using it to celebrate goals, it stuck. So now a lot of people, specially young ones, use it.
