My boyfriend liked another girl's picture on facebook,what does it mean?

In a long distance relationship. we visit each other every few months or so.

Me and my boyfriend have been together for a year and 4 months. Throughout our relationship he's told me time and time again how he doesn't want to look at another woman but me. He's added a co-worker on his facebook a few months ago (he told me she quit the job months later). And just recently he's liked her pictures. What should I do? I want to confront him about it but it's petty. It really upsets me though because I've stopped talking to many of my friends for him (he gets jealous very quickly) and even lost a few and I don't want to seem like the creeper girlfriend even though he's ALWAYS in my business, but I have nothing to hide from him I tell him EVERYTHING anyway.
And also he left his facebook up and I was just curious so I looked over and I saw he only appears online to his female friends. I always tell him if guys are flirting with me and he gets upset and acts like its my fault, but I always have to find out a different way if a girl is flirting with him. He never tells me anything, doesn't even tell me how his day,week or work went.
What should I do?
