Why is it ok to call people skinny but not fat?
It's the same thing, just the opposite. It's like rich and poor. Like what's wrong with being fat

It's rude to call someone either.
There are just more people who are overweight than there are underweight, and majority rules, so it's more acceptable to insult the minority than the majority because fewer people are offended. That doesn't make it "okay" in either case, though. |
