well i have broke up with my abusive bf after numerous death threats and abuse. i have recently moved so he cant find me as he keeps callin sayin he is going to kill me and that he can tell off his iphone the area iam in we both have iphone 5 is this possible? i am really scared in case he can somehow track where iam he has threatend to stab me and burn me cut me up slit my throat ect i am so scared i am 18 he is 30 please can you tell me if its possible to track where about somebody is thank you so much!! and also if theres privacy settings on iphones as he says he can watch me throughh the front camera like snapchat ect??? i have only just got the iphone a couple months back so iam not entirly sure how it works thanks very much

Tracking yes, but preventable. Just disable find my iPhone. I also recommend making a backup of your phone and restoring it so anything he could have put there is gone

its possible, but hes gotta be really good with hacking and technology to be able to track you, and especially turn on the camera to watch you. they sound like empty threats, apart from that just block him from contacting you, not just a simple blok but like all your phone company (AT&T or whatever) and ask them to block his number permanently, unless you wana keep talking to him. also make sure you just dont have the find my friend iphone app or something similar, beause then he can find you, and now that i think about it you probably have twitter and facebook so if you dont offhandedly mention where you live, sooner or later your friends will. book it out of the country? or get the police involved on terms of harrasment and death treath.

Go to the police, you never know what someone can do. Also, tell your closest friends or relatives about the threat so that they are aware about the situation.

You are not there to be abused by some guy out there. He has no reason to interfere with your life and you have no reason to be afraid.

Btw, he can't take control of your iphone and watch you through the front camera, he's a complete idiot if h thinks he has the skills to do that.

Holy crap. Ok first of all i would go to the cops about this. I know exactly how you feel. I was even hospitalized b/c he set me on fire. Go to the police and tell them everythin save any texts and phone numbers he has called you from. Ic he really wanted to he definately could find you. Once the police are done with your phone get a new number. Call your service provider and yell them that you need to change your number do to harrasment issues and for your safety. They will more than likely do it for free but don't quote me on it. I would also get in touch with victim services. They will be able to be able to get you all the help you need and they work close with the police. Get this guy behind bars sweetie. I know your scared but go to the police and they will help you. I promise. I would also tell your family what is happening. The more they know the more they can help you and if need be they will send you to a relatives place or something to keep you safe.
