Help with Facebook timeline?

I recently switched to the new Facebook timeline. However, my friends cannot see the new layout and I cannot find the "publish timeline" button. (I had recently made a timeline for my friend as well; I found the "publish timeline" button and it worked fine).

Also, whenever I go to my wall, it's stuck on the info tab and I can't see my wall unless I type in &sk=wall at the end of my facebook id.
