Can you keep the Facebook app on all day if you only check it 7-8 times a day on a 2GB plan?

I would say yes you should have no problem with it i would keep an eye on your data meter because other apps can also "eat" data . If you have verizon your data is now 4gb at the same price of data check your my verizon if you have at&t well your stuck with 2gb

First of all you certainly wouldn't go over the limit if you were to log on to your app 7-8 times a day. 2GB of downloads is massive. So you should be able to leave it on all day without it going over the limit, however that does make me curios as when you say leave it on all day does that mean that you are leaving it to constantly update? as doing this means that you are always pinging data which may eat away at your balance. Say if you are using an iPhone, that only logs you in when you launch the app. so it doesn't affect your data a fat lot. It really depends on the phone you are using. If I were you I would try it for a day and see how much your balance goes down, and then make a judgement for yourself. Hope that helps .
