It's a medium, the morals reflect those of the producers.
Like, for example, TV news is morally bankrupt because the people who make TV news are morally bankrupt.

Social media is what you make of it. So, I guess if you focus your efforts on those you consider as having a good set of morals, yes. Otherwise, no. Pretty much like the internet in general.

It totally depends on how you use it. If you use it constructively to make a positive image for yourself and reach out to people then its utility has a huge scope.
But if you use it for evil purposes then obviously, it will be bad.
It's a tool which does not have a positive or negative side of its own. It totally depends on the person using it.
