it depends if when he put it in you where still saying no dont then yes but if you consented to it by that point no and most people say stop when its there 1st times cause it hurts. also in most states you are legaly able to consent to sex until you are 16 years of age so by the law yes but that also depends on the state your in. i hope your okay right now i bet its been kinda hard to think about and i have been in the same position. i hope you kick him in the balls when it was over.
