Link is right Moo!! These places are spying on where you go when you are online and they base ads on your page on the kinds of places you visit most often. It is an invasion of your private life on the highest order. I think they should have to stop doing that, but that is the reason why it is happening! Sorry, but I don't think there is much we can do to stop it either.

Link is right. It is legal because it is personalized for you. No one knows what you look at except if they were looking over your shoulder at the screen with you. If I were to look at your facebook I would see ads for Blue October because I looked up if they had any concerts coming up. The ads are usually the last five or so things you have searched.

If your scared of getting outed, just make sure to not look at pages with ads while someone is with you. Not an easy task, but its the only way people will know what your into unless you tell them.
