What happened to the old facebook privacy settings?!?!?

I know they got new ones, and some are very useful..but now that they changed everything, i cant seem to find the one that i used to have set?? I used to have it so that everything I posted on other's walls was private, would not show up on my profile, nor in my news feed. Now that they changed this, everything i post shows up in all my friends new's feeds! How do I change this? Does anyone know how I can set it back to the way it was before?
or is there a new setting that will still keep what i post on other's walls private? i have nothing to hide really, but i have all of my family on facebook, and i really dont ike them being able to read everything that i write on my friends walls..

Due to facebook, and their screwy idea of privacy, you can't retrieve your old settings.
