internet is the one of the best option and u can also go to classes outside but i dont suggest it because they wont actually tech english they just teach you grammar which spoils your fluency. So keep reading english news papers, novels, magazines and keep watching english movies and english news this will help you a lot.
even talking to your colleagues might help..........
practice and practice..........u will suceed that's for sure!!!! all the best

First, stop using abbreviated texting spelling. Second, with a grammar book and dictionary in hand, start writing a long story-- such as a small novel or a memoir. Be determined to use the same tense through out, check your grammar often, and use a dictionary for every word you have any uncertainty about in spelling or definition. Don't use software spell-checkers except as a last resort. Don't rely on software to check your grammar, it's not always correct, and sometimes correct grammar is not always appropriate to the story you are telling. If you are writing in a second language, write short portions in your own first language, and then put that sheet of paper aside, and then write it again, without reference to your first, in your second language. Then check your tense, grammar and spelling. If you are studying English language, the best writer to study is Jane Austen, for form and grammar.
