While this sounds like Bull$h!t on a large scale lets look at some facts:

We can all be tracked down via the internet by law enforcement....that has been possible for a long time.

Reverse tracing of phone calls is possible....takes a lot of time and a court order but is possible.

A law enforcement agent walking up to you and arresting you (if you are wanted) by tracking you to within 30 feet with equipment that can track us all right to the cell phone we are talking on.

The most funny story was told to me by a FBI spook...he was agent in charge of the guys that would place GPS on automobiles, put audio devices in a home, cameras outside the home or business. I helped them with a case many years ago....anyhow he is out with 11 other agents and they are tracking a guy down...after they get him he decides to check if his recently stolen phone is in use...and it is....just a mile away...so they surround the kid, scare the $h!t out of him, take the phone and tell him to tell his friends to be more careful about stealing cell phones. I do not know it the story about his phone was accurate....I do know the other part was....I was allowed into the secret location to help with the video gear my employer had put up for the case.

Few have access to the equipment to do any of this and it all requires court orders.....but one guy in a class I was teaching was in a rather interesting MOS in the Navy...he managed to into a satelite long enough to see his parents home while at sea...he had a printout of the yard. That could have been taken from a aircraft....but the time and date stamps indicated otherwise.

SO if you are not a Troll....I suggest you watch your back knucklehead...there are sick MF's out there, not all law enforcement and military are stand up guys either.
