IMO, most are not since they are not designed for rapid interactive communication between all their users. A radio station may be able to air a few call, but not all of them. Newspapers can print responses - but this takes time.

My opinion is that only the Internet provides a method for all users to interact immediately.

There is no immediate 'interaction' in these medias, except for radio open line talk shows, but these are mostly local and not heard 'World Wide'.. Social Media refers to Facebook and Twitter where the responses can be immediate, and be seen world wide as soon as something is posted.
