Do process servers know what the people they are targeting look like?
Could I be served even though the process server is looking for someone else
What if I don't live at the address where the said person lives, but am just coming out of their house Ads |

They walk up to people and say Hi are you John Smith. If you say yes then they serve you but if you say no then they can't do anything.

If you see a drone flying over your house they probably know what type of coffee you drink. The 0bama Regime has drones watching everyone who they plan to process.

I would imagine, before running out and serving folks, is they use resources at their disposal to get a picture of the person they're going to serve. Mugshots might be one. If involved as a witness, possibly copy of driver's license pic.
Heck, in this day and age the first they they probably do is look up social media accounts, friend them if need be and bam! All kinds of pictures at their disposal. |

In fact, a relative of mine was once served by her husband..at the airport before she could leave the state. He gave the service person a picture.
So, yes, it can happen. |
