Me being a teenager, I do this kind of stuff and my parents have acctually found out. Teens watching porn is completely nprmal, and my parents understand even though they are extremely strict. I would have to say the picture posting and instant messaging is inappropriate, but masturbating is normal for a teenager as they explore sex and things like that. I say you should make sure she doesnt do the afcounts by blocking it some how, but watching porn and masturbating is normal and you cant really stop that, whether your child is a boy or girl. Just teach her about cleanliness (in those areas). I know that can be tough for a parent, but its just natural for teens these days. Also, teach her PICTURES OF HERSELF AND FRIENDS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 IS ILLEGAL! I hope this helped you. First, talk to your husband and tell him you need him to support you in this.

Second, talk to your daughter. Explain how everyone has access to anything that comes in or out of her phone. Future employers, mothers in law, college roomates with a little technological savy can find things she downloaded when she was 14 and hold them against her when she is 21, or 30 or 95. It nver goes away.

Your real problems are not the porn, but the fact that neither husband or daughter respects you. Pull the reigns in. Freedom and responsibility go together. You respect her more than she has the maturity to handle. All she can do is self-destruct because she doesn't have the boundaries she needs.
