Im honestly trying to post a GIF on Instagram; i just cant figure out how >.<
Anyone know any website or app i can use for free with no jailbraking? THANK YOUUU.

Use this http://www.vipgif.com/ to make GIF. But I think you can't upload GIF on Instagram it won't work.
