My Facebook Language...?

ok so when I made my Facebook it was in English and I dont know why but now all the "sponsored" advertisement stuff is in Japanese and my Google chrome keeps translating it to English but its also translating everything I say even though I'm already writing it in English... and every time I write something like "Where was I when this happened?" it will translate it to "When happened this where was I?" and its just making me look like an Idiot xD

so does anyone know how to fix it? Everything is in English so I can read settings and shit but I dont know where to go or how to fix it...
