Facebook profile picture..?

I really dont like facebook because I'm more of a myspace user
But, I went on the other day and I need to change my profile picture Could some please tell me how to change it

When I upload a photo, will everyone know that I uploaded it?
If yes, is there a way to prevent that?

In your profile, when you run your mouse over your picture a little box will pop up in the top right of the picture that will let you change the picture.
