Can a facebook account that hasnt been used in a long time be deleted?
I have an old facebook account that i dont use anymore and its been up for quite some time about 2 years mabie can it be deleted permantly? Cause i dont want people being confused on which one to add ive reported it but nothing has happend its still up i heard facebook accounts that arent used for quite some time get deleted is this true? Plus i just want my old facebook account off and friends get confused you know?

If you know the password to that Facebook account, you can deactivate it. Go into your account settings and then on the left hand side, I think you have to go into privacy settings or something like that. At the bottom, you can click on "Deactivate my account." You'll have to click on the reason that you are deactivating it and then click Deactivate again at the bottom. It asks for you to enter in your password for verification. Enter it in and then, you're done! The profile will still be there on Facebook but it won't appear in people's friend's lists. If you need to, you can reactivate your account just by logging in like normal but then you can follow the same steps to deactivate it.

Just sign into that old facebook account and go to where the "gear" is for settings. Go to your "security" settings and click on "Deactivate" and from there you can go onto "Permanently Delete" your account. Click on that and don't try to log in for two weeks to permanently delete the account.

yes my account has been deleted for the same reason
but i send to facebook support and i have it reactivated back wish you luck |
