Should I be worried about my friend?

I've been becoming good friends with this one girl, i've told her secrets, personal things, and even gave her the password to one of my social media accounts(long story). Another girl told me that she was her friend too, but she used her, backstabbed her, and talked badly behind her back. This is making me very confused, whether or not I should be her friend. I dont want the same thing to happen to me.

if this is your friend and this friend has never hurt you, you should not ditch her because of what someone else told you. *
