How do you add pages to the information section of a Facebook profile?

How do you add pages to the information section of a Facebook profile?
Will I be able to see them? How do I get rid of them? I'm asking this because I think I might have accidentally become a fan of sites that I don't support
I also don't remember the name of the sites.

Just become a fan of a Page and they will automatically show up in your Info tab.

EDIT: Yes you'll be able to see them. When you click your Info tab, towards the bottom of it are the Pages you are fans of. Just click the "See All" link to the right of where it says Pages to see all your Pages. If you don't see Pages towards the bottom of your Info tab, you're not fans of anything.

Then to un-fan yourself or remove yourself from a Page, click on the Page and scroll to the bottom of the left hand column. You'll see some links. Just click "Remove me from Fans" to delete yourself from it.

Go to that page and become a Fan.

If you become a fan of those pages so it will automatically showed in info section of profile page.
