WHAT FOR?? What would anyone need another persons passwords for?
For every honest and trustworthy friend it would be enough to know the account and be able to read all public postings. That makes one wonder, what she plans to do with full rights? Write fake messages in your name??

My opinion: It's a stupidity test.
As someone else wrote: Get out as long as you can!
