How do I screen shot with a htc thunderbolt htc on instagram?

I have an htc thunderbolt. I would like to screen shot pictures from my instagram. I can do it with Facebook and the internet of course. Please and thank u

Press the power button and immidiately press the home button. Just like we do with the shift key in computer keyboard.
