Life is too much for me?

Life is too much for me?
I can't handle it. For the past 5 years or so, I just surf the web and stay at home sitting down and stay up night. Next day I'm like a walking zombie.

Well, that has hurt my health, so now I'm trying to sleep right to get my health back, but now I can't handle reality. I don't feel fit for my job, I feel ugly, I don't feel like facing the world and now I know why I evaded life for so long and kept sleep depriving.

I need help.

You need to see a therapist or a psychiatrist. They can really help ( I should know). Try to avoid the computer by maybe hiding it or start taking some sleep pills. And start rewarding yourself for little accomplishments, or start to focus on something that has always interested you . You'll figure it out.

That isn't too much. Go out and do things that makes you happy. Fight the laziness and see some of your friends and hang out with them. Try to go to gym once a week or probably twice a week. Visit your family. :3

I'm so sorry your feeling so badly... I'm assuming you have been playing the online games which feel like its own little or huge world.. I personally play WOW... I found there has to be a healthy amount of time allotted to online world and real time world. Let me ask you, are you getting any regular exercise? It's essential to a healthy and happy mind. Just adding a 15 minute walk at work or after dinner will make your body and mind smile!!
Life is never ideal and most of us have to fake it till we make it.. If your self esteem is low that causes a distorted self view and distorts what we see in the mirror.. Try some positive affirmations, "I am smart, I am beautiful, I don't define myself by what I see on the TV (kardashians). With all the social media, comparing lives to others on FB is the biggest culprit and celebrities whoring their personal lives to the world it causes a false sense of who we should be.. Last, have you ever done any volunteer work? By volunteering your time you will feel a sense of being needed and valued. Plus, usually we see other people or animals (volunteer) that don't have much which causes us to see and to be grateful for the things we neglect to see or feel fortunate for. Happiness comes from within so the more in tuned you are to your inner voice or soul the better you will manage life, relationships and career. I hope you get some relief soon.. Take care
