What do I do about my crush, I really like him?

This is actually so amusing to me, it's almost 11 at night and I'm contemplating everything, lol. So, I've recently started crushing on this one guy. Having a crush is very rare for me. I don't date guys, they usually like me back, and ask me out, but I say no. I don't know why, but it just seems right? My mind keeps telling me not to date and I'll stick to that. But I met this guy a few months ago, and we had a moment. When I say "moment" I mean, he put his arm on my shoulder, pushed his friends away, looked at me in the eyes, and said cute things and smiled at me. I just now started seeing him around school again, and I honestly can't help but fall for him. I've never met someone so interesting and amazing. I just can't stop thinking about him and I blush and get butterflies when I think of him. Let me describe him. He goes to church and loves it, he's a greaser(which I LOVE), he's older by a year, he plays soccer, he loves his family and friends, the kindest soul you will ever encounter, he dresses extremely nice and classy, he's tall, he has green eyes, dimples, he's very intelligent and is in the same program I am in school, he plays the guitar, he loves the outdoors just like I do, he enjoys the same things I do, such as sports, track, etc, he cooks, he is very classy and acts like a mature man for his age, he's respectful, he has a smile that could light up this whole town, he believes God provided women for men so they could provide for the women, he watches all the same movies I do. I honestly can't get enough of him. He makes me very happy and I can't help but believe he's so perfect. He has stared at me a couple of times and smiled, but I highly doubt he remembers me. We have no classes together, I barely see him around. So today, my friend told him (without me knowing) that a girl liked him, he asked if i was cute, and she said yes. He then asked if she had a picture of me, she said not at the moment. He then asked if I had any social media website, and she said no, and i'm not into that stuff. He left it at that. I want to talk to him but there's never a way to actually sit down and have a conversation since I barely see him, and he's with his friends. I'm so fascinated by him, I can't even put into detail everything I like about him. Also, he will be attending a party that I am going to as well, what should I do? How do I approach him? I don't want him to know I'm the girl who likes him, if he liked me he would try and make contact with me. What should I do? Thank you so much to anyone who answers.
