A couple questions about Facebook privacy?
I've noticed that when my friends "like" a picture, that picture up on my Newsfeed saying they liked it. If I can see that without being friends with the owner of the picture, can my friends' friends see my pictures on their newsfeed if a friend likes it? Even though my privacy is on Friends only? Same with the ticker. Can people see my stuff if a mutual friends likes or comments on it? Thanks!

yes, your likes and comments are broadcasted to all of your friends, even if they arent friends with the person who originally posted it - that's the whole purpose of facebook, to share your activities, and you cant turn it off

so yes, facebook isnt really as private as you think it is, if you think only your friends can see your posts, if your friends comment on your posts, their friends can see it too, cool eh?
