Part of your problem is that it's a fairly long survey, and you don't define "sewing center" or "sewing needs". Is a sewing center a place where sewing machines are repaired? machine rental? classes taught? a fabric store? some where someone else will sew for you? combinations of the above? What do you consider a "sewing need"? My sewing needs usually involve needles, threads, zippers, buttons, interfacing and fabrics, not classes, repairs, atmosphere.
1. yes 2. my brain 3. time and space to get it done 4. I don't take classes; I mostly do my own repairs, and if I can't, I'm more concerned that the machine work well when it's returned than on price or speed. 5. $0.5-1.5K/yr, mostly on fabric and supplies 6. Closest good fabric store is about 35 miles; I seem to go there every couple of months 7. No. 8. Define sewing center and I might be able to tell you. 9. 60 10. F 11. 970__ 12. homemaker, retired scientist 13. no Ads |

You need to offer something of value for people to fill it out. People don't work for free.

Print that info out, pass it to people, wait infront of them while they fill it out.
