I have a travel website with 50,000 monthly visits and I would like to find someone who can best manage the monetisation of the site through ads and affiliates etc

The simplest way to do this is to partner up with someone who can write up the emails for affiliate offers and you send them to your list - joint venture or JV.
I would recommend creating several ways to capture your own leads because the money is in the list.
