Who is this famous Chuck Norris and why people make joke with him ALL over the internet???... i mean every next joke is about Chuck Norris, even in some quiz it's like, Who invented the telephone?

Chuck Norris was a world champion kick-boxer who turned to acting in kung fu movies and 'Walker Texas Ranger'

In walker texas ranger he ALWAYS finishes the bad guy with a 'roundhouse kick' (which is why a lot of the jokes are about him roundhouse kicking people)

Someone made a random joke about something impossible and it was funny and caught on. Since I knew who he was they were really funny to me (and probably other like-minded folk)

People who appreciate Chuck Norris jokes tend to be people who have memories of the 80s.

He was one of the actors that played the action hero in a whole bunch of B movies.

There was Shwarzenegger and Stallone of course, but there was also Dolf Lungdren, Jean-Claude Van Damne, Steven Segal, and Chuck Norris.
Same formula... Some ex-military guy loses it and destroys a bunch of terrorists, with lots of explosions.
Chuck Norris always played the stern quiet type, a hardened soldier who could crush your bones and fling you to the moon without changing his facial expression.
There are a lot of jokes about Chuck, because he has this reputation of being the stereotypical "hard man".
When Chuck Norris does push-ups, he is actually pushing the whole planet downward.
That sort of thing.
