A friend of mine uses Firefox as her Browser?

Now the tool bar that shows the icons and how to adjust lettering and so forth has disappeared . How can I help her reacquire that particular tool bar so she can use Firefox again ? I showed her how to install Chrome as her Browser however she is use to using Firefox and some icons that were there are not now . So how can I tell her that she need not use Firefox but sign in using Chrome as her Browser I don't want her feeling I screwed up her computer .

Go to the top of FF in the open area to the right of the tabs. Right click that area and left click on "Menu Bar"

In the menu bar, check the view option that should show the toolbars she has installed. Now it could be that she may have recently updated Firefox and the add on she has may not yet support Firefox. That's one of the reasons i stopped using Firefox and only use ie amd chrome.
